At The Cones Factory, we take pride in the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase and provide a streamlined process for any necessary exchanges or refunds.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original condition, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship the package using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
